A: The passport stamp takes 24-48 hours to appear on your Passport Account.
A: A user needs to collect six passport stamps and redeem their free pizza within a six month period or their stamps will expire.
A: Please allow 24-48 hrs for the account to refresh and reload the stamps. They will return to the account if unused.
A: You can only receive a stamp from an online order with a subtotal of $9.99 or more and you may only earn one stamp per operating day.
A: A Passport can be extended one (1) time. A passport must be expired, and have 5 (or more) stamps to be extendable. Extension is only available within a 30 day period starting from the expiration date.
A: Yes, you can use expired stamps within a 30 day period starting from the expiration date. Extension is only available if account has five (or more) stamps. To activate just hit the extend button on your passport. A Passport can be extended one (1) time.
A: No, this credit can only be redeemed on orders placed online for pick-up or delivery.
A: The option to reset a Passport is only available after the option to âEXTENDâ a Passport has been selected (if possible during the 30 day window that the extension is available). If the option to âRESETâ a passport is presented it means the Passport has expired and the window for a Passport extension has passed.
A: No, once you redeem just one free pizza (online only, not through call centre) then your leftover stamps automatically carry over to your reset passport which is allotted six more months until expiry.
A: No, you have to re-issue your Passport in order to begin collecting stamps again. You can re-issue your Passport by logging into your online account and select the RESET button on your Passport.
