PIZZAVILLE PASSPORT FAQ

Q: I did not receive a stamp from todays order.

A: The passport stamp takes 24-48 hours to appear on your Passport Account.
Q: All of my stamps “disappeared” from my account.

A: A user needs to collect six passport stamps and redeem their free pizza within a six month period or their stamps will expire.
Q: I cancelled my passport order and now my stamps are missing.

A: Please allow 24-48 hrs for the account to refresh and reload the stamps. They will return to the account if unused.
Q: I should have more stamps than are showing. My passport is missing stamps?

A: You can only receive a stamp from an online order with a subtotal of $9.99 or more and you may only earn one stamp per operating day.
Q: There is no option to extend the Passport.

A: A Passport can be extended one (1) time. A passport must be expired, and have 5 (or more) stamps to be extendable. Extension is only available within a 30 day period starting from the expiration date.
Q: Can I extend my passport expiry?

A: Yes, you can use expired stamps within a 30 day period starting from the expiration date. Extension is only available if account has five (or more) stamps. To activate just hit the extend button on your passport. A Passport can be extended one (1) time.
Q: Am I entitled to a stamp if I placed my order through the call centre?

A: No, this credit can only be redeemed on orders placed online for pick-up or delivery.
Q: I inadvertently reset my passport.

A: The option to reset a Passport is only available after the option to “EXTEND” a Passport has been selected (if possible during the 30 day window that the extension is available). If the option to “RESET” a passport is presented it means the Passport has expired and the window for a Passport extension has passed.
Q: Will I lose the rest of my stamps if I have more than six and I redeem a pizza?

A: No, once you redeem just one free pizza (online only, not through call centre) then your leftover stamps automatically carry over to your reset passport which is allotted six more months until expiry.
Q: Once my Passport expires, does my Passport reset automatically?

A: No, you have to re-issue your Passport in order to begin collecting stamps again. You can re-issue your Passport by logging into your online account and select the RESET button on your Passport.

PIZZAVILLE PASSPORT TERMS & CONDITIONS

What is a Pizzaville Passport?

A Pizzaville Passport is our online loyalty program for all customers who place ONLINE orders via our Website or App. Not valid for orders placed through the Call Centre.

Your Pizzaville Passport is activated on the day you create your Pizzaville account.

Our Passport program allows customers to collect stamps and earn a FREE Large Pizza.

Customers can earn SIX (6) passport stamps within a six month period to redeem a free Pizza.

Passport Stamps

For each qualifying order placed via our Website or App, a customer will earn ONE (1) Passport Stamp that will automatically be added to the customer’s Pizzaville Passport within 24-48 hours.

Only one Passport Stamp may be earned per operating day.

To be eligible for a Passport Stamp, a customer must place an order online of $9.99 or more (before taxes and delivery charge - if applicable).

If an order is cancelled by a customer before the order is fulfilled, the Passport stamp will not be issued.

A stamp can be earned on an order that is redeeming a Free Pizza if the order total comes to $9.99 or more.

Expiry

Every account activation will be issued a Passport with a six month expiry.

The expiry date will be six months from the date of the customer’s first login or six months from the last time the customer has redeemed their Free Passport Pizza.

The expiry date will appear on the customers Pizzaville Passport which can be viewed on our Website or App. User will receive Emails and prompts notifying them of upcoming expiry.

If a customer does not collect or redeem six stamps before the six month expiry, the Passport will expire, and all accumulated stamps will be lost.

In order to begin collecting stamps again after Passport expiry, you will need to reissue your Passport.

To reissue your Passport, a user must log into their online account and select the RESET button on their Passport.

Redemption

Once a customer collects six Passport stamps within six months, they are entitled to a Free Pizza.

A customer can only redeem their free pizza for orders placed ONLINE for pick-up or delivery. Redeeming is not valid for called in orders.

There will be a charge for delivery (including taxes) if a customer chooses to have their FREE pizza delivered.

The Customer’s online ordering account will automatically receive a credit for one of the following:

Large Gourmet

Large up to five Toppings

Gluten-Free 11” Xtra Thin Crust Gourmet Pizza

Gluten-Free 11” Xtra-Thin Crust Pizza up to four Toppings

This credit is non-transferable and can only be redeemed through the online ordering account that received the credit.

Extending Passport Expiry Date

If the customer collect a minimum of five passport stamps (or more) and their passport has expired, they can extend their Passport account by THIRTY (30) Days starting from the expiration date.

To extend, a user must log into the app and press the Extend button on their Passport.

If the customer does not redeem their Pizza during this thirty day grace period, the credit will expire and the free pizza will no longer be redeemable.

If a user has more than six stamps and wishes to redeem a passport before expiry the remainder of the stamps will carry over. Meaning the newly reset passport will have six more months until expiration and will continue building off your remaining stamps. This is only valid if the order was placed online, not valid if the order is placed through the call centre.
